Order a CryoChoice Collection Kit
either online at

can arrive the next business day if you place your order before 4pm,
EST.
You will collect in the late afternoon,
Monday through Thursday. A pre-addressed and pre-paid shipping label
is included in your Kit. The sample will arrive at the lab, Priority
AM, the next day.
When you receive the kit, you will
refrigerate the vial of preservative until you are ready to produce
your sample. If you have any questions or concerns, our
representatives are on call 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.
Once your sample reaches the lab, it will
be tested and analyzed for volume, motility and sperm count. A
CryoChoice representative will call you with the results within
2 business days.
Your sample will be stored in dedicated
nitrogen tanks at -196 Celsius. Samples stored via this method have
been used for decades to create successful pregnancies.
